Interactive demo · Sample data · Resets on refresh

Follow one support issue from message to resolution.

This self-guided tour shows how CallDesk turns a message inside a busy WhatsApp group into owned, visible work—then helps the team respond, escalate and review the result.

About 8 minutes · No setup required

Get ready to receive work

Check in to the workspace

Do this

Open the live demo in a second tab. Select Check In in the top-right corner.

You should see

Your status changes to Online and a session timer starts. The shared ticket queue remains visible on the left.

Why it matters

Only available agents can claim new work, while managers get a live view of who is ready to help.

Open live demo

One queue across every number and group

Find the issue CallDesk caught

Do this

Stay in Inbox → Tickets → Unassigned. Find Ah Seng from JB Food Court.

You should see

The preview says customers are queuing. The row also shows the merchant’s group, support number and a clear Accept action.

Why it matters

Issues from multiple WhatsApp numbers and busy groups arrive in one shared pool. The team stops switching between phones and stops losing requests.

Take ownership and answer in context

Accept the ticket and reply

Do this

Select Accept on Ah Seng’s row. In the reply box, send: “Thanks, Ah Seng — I’m checking this now.”

You should see

The full incident context opens with ticket TK-260721-1081. Your reply appears with your team signature and the ticket becomes your responsibility.

Why it matters

Claiming is atomic, so two agents cannot take the same ticket. Every reply remains tied to the merchant, group and reference number.

Demo note: the waiting timer is shortened to 30 seconds so you can see how inactive chat sessions are handled.

Keep the signal without losing the conversation

View the original WhatsApp group

Do this

In the ticket header, select View group. CallDesk opens the complete JB Food Court timeline at the message that raised the ticket.

You should see

Messages from other merchants and staff remain visible. Ah Seng’s issue carries its ticket reference, and your reply is quoted back into the group.

Why it matters

CallDesk separates one merchant’s issue into workable tickets without throwing away the surrounding group conversation your team needs to make a good decision.

Move beyond text without ringing the whole group

Escalate with a private video link

Do this

Select the ticket reference in the group to return to the ticket. Open the ⋯ menu, then choose Video link.

You should see

CallDesk creates one room link that can be sent to the merchant, copied, or shared with an available technician.

Why it matters

The technician can inspect one merchant’s machine without starting a call in the WhatsApp group or interrupting every member.

Simulated in this demo: the room link is generated with sample data. No real customer or WhatsApp account is contacted.

See the support floor, not just one ticket

Review coverage and performance

Do this

Select Analytics in the left navigation. Use Live for the current floor and Trends for historical performance.

You should see

Waiting work, oldest unclaimed time, groups awaiting a reply, agent availability and individual activity—all on one operational view.

Why it matters

Managers can spot backlog and staffing gaps before merchants are forgotten, while agents keep a focused personal queue.
